| Came in to get my car's engine maintenance light checked. They had it a little over a week and when they finally called they said they had most likely figured out the part that needed replacing but were unable to confirm with Toyota if that was the case. So they told me as much and said to just take it to them instead of doing unneeded and potentially expensive work that may or may not have actually fixed the issue. A little frustrating but they were upfront and honest about everything and the best part is they did not charge me a dime which was honestly very surprising and unexpected. Honest car mechanics are such a rarity these days and the fact that they didn't charge despite working on the issue for so long has me sold. I'll definitely be coming back for future work when/if needed. |

| Absolutely amazing service quick prompt, punctual,whenever I take my truck in they always take pictures and document everything their detailing the facts is impeccable. they always alert me to future problems that they see or maybe occurring in the future I would not take my truck anywhere else all work that has been done on my truck has been done at Refenio Automotive. you will not find a better shop and very personable you?re not just money they treat you like family.???????????? |
